Information we collect
When you request simulation access we collect the name, work email, institution, role and context you provide. When you use the simulation we record access events, session activity and the actions taken within your session.
How we use it
We use the information to assess and grant simulation access, to operate and secure the simulation, and to respond to your enquiry. We do not sell personal information.
Simulation data
The simulation contains synthetic data for a fictional institution. Actions you take are session-local and do not modify the canonical baseline. Session state is retained only as long as needed to operate and support the simulation.
Security
Access is denied by default and granted explicitly. Access codes are stored only as irreversible hashes and are verified on the server. Access records are auditable.
Retention and your rights
We retain request and access records for as long as necessary for security, audit and legitimate business purposes. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you provided by contacting us.
