Nature of the service
Bankli provides technology infrastructure for financial institutions. Bankli is not a bank, does not hold a banking licence, and does not provide financial, legal or regulatory advice.
Simulation access
Simulation access is granted at Bankli's discretion, is personal to the recipient, is time-bound and may be revoked. Access codes must not be shared. All simulation data is synthetic and relates to a fictional institution.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to circumvent access controls, probe or test the security of the environment without written authorisation, or use the simulation to store real customer or personal data.
Intellectual property
The Bankli name, brand assets, platform and site content remain the property of Bankli. No licence is granted other than the limited right to evaluate the simulation.
No warranty for the simulation
The simulation is provided for evaluation purposes. Figures shown are illustrative and derived from synthetic records. They must not be relied upon for any financial decision.
